SWEENEY ANNOUNCES NEW ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

April 11, 2006 – Sweeney, a full-service marketing and public relations firm, has named Katie Torok as an account executive in its Cleveland headquarters. Her responsibilities include strategy development, brand marketing, media relations and publicity, direct marketing, community relations and event management for a group of business-to-business and consumer clients.

Prior to joining Sweeney, Torok was an assistant account executive at Liggett Stashower. She graduated from Cleveland State University with a bachelor of arts in communication studies and an emphasis in public relations. While in school, she held internships at Fox Sports Net Ohio and PJ North, Inc. and was a member of the Cleveland Advertising Association. Torok currently resides in Lakewood, Ohio.
