June 28, 2004– Sweeney, a Cleveland-based, independent public relations firm, has opened a full-service
office in Wilmington, N.C., 201 North Front St. Jennifer Roba, group
manager with Sweeney, has been promoted to vice president, N.C., and has
relocated from the agency’s Cleveland headquarters to Wilmington.
